  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard delivery within Australia generally takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Express delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Standard shipping is FREE on all orders.

  • We primarily use Australia Post for all Australian deliveries.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection guarantees a replacement if your order is confirmed lost or stolen by the courier.
If you decline Shipping Protection, we cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen orders.
You can add Shipping Protection at checkout.


Returns Policy

We offer returns within 30 days of your order being delivered or received.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your return must be initiated and lodged within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item(s) must not be marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.

  • Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition.

Before shipping your return, please provide a photo or short video of the item(s) so we can confirm condition.

Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note: Shipping costs are final and non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot issue a refund for shipping charges.
