Yum Jar Warranty & Returns Policy

At Yum Jar, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. All Yum Jar products come with a 1-year limited warranty, covering any faults that occur due to manufacturing defects or issues with materials or workmanship.

This warranty applies when the product is used for normal household purposes and in line with our care and cleaning guidelines.
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or normal wear over time—such as minor scratches, scuffs, or discolouration.


Damaged or Faulty Items

We’re sorry if your Yum Jar arrived damaged or isn’t working as expected. Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@yumjar.com.au so we can make it right.

To help us process your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • Photos or a short video showing the issue

  • Images of the outer box and packaging materials

  • Your full name and delivery address

Once we’ve reviewed the details, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
